How to find and review my claims.

When your insurance carrier is synced with HealthLock, all claims submitted by your doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers are automatically displayed in your HealthLock member portal. 

To find and review your claims:

1. Sign in to your HealthLock member portal.
   
   
2. In the left navigation panel, select Claims.
   
   
3. Use the Search field or Filter features to locate a specific medical claim or select the title headers to sort claims by type (example: Date of service, Patient, Provider, etc.).

The Claims view makes it easy to review, verify, and monitor your claims for accuracy—helping you stay informed and in control of your healthcare costs.
