How to add an additional insurance carrier in HealthLock.

There may be times when you need to add a new insurance carrier after you’ve already synced your account with another provider’s portal. Common reasons include:

  • Your previous insurance has ended.

  • You have multiple active insurance policies (such as medical and dental).

  • You’ve recently switched insurance carriers.

To Add an Additional Insurance Carrier:

  1. Sign in to your HealthLock member portal.

  2. Go to Settings in the left navigation panel and select Insurance.

  3. Click the Add Insurance button.

  4. Select the Get started button.

  5. Search for and select your insurance provider’s name.

  6. Enter your insurance carrier portal credentials, and click Connect your insurance.

NOTE: It may take 1–3 days for your claims to download and appear in your HealthLock account.
