The syncing between your insurance portal and HealthLock happens automatically and continuously to pull in new medical claims, including the type of service and corresponding dates of service.
Whenever you have a new provider visit that results in a claim, our system automatically sends you a “New Claim” message. Each claim then goes through our proprietary analytics, where it’s reviewed for accuracy and potential errors.
In your member portal, you’ll see claims labeled as either:
Verified – claims confirmed as accurate.
Flagged – claims that may need further review or attention.
To view the status of all claims:
Log in to your HealthLock Member Portal.
Select Claims from the left navigation panel.
Use the Filter feature to view claims by status.
