How to contact your auditor directly.

There are two basic methods to communicate with your auditor directly while they are investigating a claim/bill:
        

  1. If the auditor has previously sent you a message or update about a specific claim/bill, Sign In to your account and from the left menu, select Cases. In the Messages text box, add your comments and select SEND. The message will go directly to your auditor for review.
        
  2. Or, email a message to support at: support@healthlock.com. The email will be directed to your specific auditor.
