How to view the status of Cases or Claims.

To check the status of your Cases or Claims:

  1. Log in to your member portal using your username and password.

    NOTE: If you do not remember your password, select Did you forget your password? and follow the prompts to reset.


  2. Once logged in, use the left navigation panel on your Dashboard:

    • Click Cases to view the status and details of each Case (for claims you’ve selected for audit).

    • Click Claims to view the status of a claim—either Verified or Flagged.
