How to view the status of Cases or Claims.

To check the status of your Cases or Claims, follow these steps:

1.  Log in to your HealthLock member portal.


NOTE: If you don’t remember your password, click “Did you forget your password?” and follow the prompts to reset it.

2.  Use the left navigation panel on your Dashboard.

  • Select Cases to view the status and details of any Cases you’ve opened (including claims you submitted for audit).

  • Select Claims to view your claim statuses—either Verified or Flagged.


This allows you to track progress, review updates, and stay informed about your claim audits.
