To check the status of your Cases or Claims:
- Log in to your member portal using your username and password.
NOTE: If you do not remember your password, select Did you forget your password? and follow the prompts to reset. Once logged in, use the left navigation panel on your Dashboard:
- Click Cases to view the status and details of each Case (for claims you’ve selected for audit).
Click Claims to view the status of a claim—either Verified or Flagged.
- Click Cases to view the status and details of each Case (for claims you’ve selected for audit).
