To check the status of your Cases or Claims, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your HealthLock member portal.
NOTE: If you don’t remember your password, click “Did you forget your password?” and follow the prompts to reset it.
2. Use the left navigation panel on your Dashboard.
Select Cases to view the status and details of any Cases you’ve opened (including claims you submitted for audit).
Select Claims to view your claim statuses—either Verified or Flagged.
This allows you to track progress, review updates, and stay informed about your claim audits.
