To add and connect your insurance carrier:
- Sign in to your member portal at member.healthlock.com.
- Select Add Insurance from the top banner or go to Settings to expand options, then select Insurance and the + Add Insurance button.
- When the Let’s connect your insurance is displayed, review the FAQs and have your Insurance portal login credentials handy.
- Select Get started to continue…
NOTE: This process takes just a few minutes. - On the Your insurance company display, select the drop-down list to search for your insurance company and make your selection.
Select the acknowledgement check boxes, then select Connect your insurance.
After selecting Connect your insurance, if your insurance carrier requires two factor authentication (2FA), the message How would you like to receive your authentication code? will be displayed.
Select the drop-down list to choose from email or phone (SMS or text).
- When the security code is delivered (via email or text), enter the security code in the Enter security code, then select Verify.
NOTE: There are options to select the Remember my device for 30 days (checkbox), and links for Request a new security code and Change delivery method for receiving the security code. - A display message Connecting to your insurance…this may take a few minutes will be displayed.
DO NOT REFRESH THIS PAGE!
Once connected, a message All set for now! will be displayed. In approximately 1-3 days, claims will download and display on your HealthLock Dashboard.
