What to do if you select the wrong insurance carrier during account set-up.

If you accidentally selected the wrong insurance carrier when setting up your HealthLock account, don’t worry—it’s an easy fix.

Follow these steps to add the correct insurance carrier and credentials:

  1. Sign in to your HealthLock Member Portal.

  2. Go to Settings in the left navigation menu, then select Insurance.

  3. Click Add Insurance in the upper right corner, then select Get started.

  4. Search for your correct insurance carrier, enter your insurance portal credentials, and click Sync.

  5. Once you’ve added the correct insurance carrier, contact HealthLock Support at support@healthLock.com, and our team will remove the incorrect insurance carrier from your account.
