Will my spouse have access to my medical claims in HealthLock?

Your spouse’s ability to view your medical claims in HealthLock depends on how your insurance coverage is structured:

1. If you and your spouse share the same insurance policy

If both of you are listed under a single insurance policy, each of you will be able to view all claims associated with that policy once it is connected to HealthLock.

2. If you and your spouse have separate insurance accounts

When you each have your own insurance logins, you will need to add each insurance carrier to your HealthLock account individually using Settings ->Insurance ->Add Insurance button. All claims from separate insurance portals can still be viewed together under one HealthLock login once added.

3. If both of you are listed on the same HealthLock account

Anyone included on the same HealthLock account will have access to all claims from every insurance carrier added and connected to that account. HealthLock membership covers you and the family members included under your healthcare insurance.
