Yes. All insurance carriers have their own Member Portal. You will need to have an account set up with your insurance carrier, and you will need to create a username and password. In most cases, beyond just a username and password, there will also be added security to access your Insurance Portal such as 2-factor authentication (2FA Code) and security questions and answers.
