Yes. Each insurance carrier has its own Member Portal, and you will need to have an active online account before connecting your insurance to HealthLock.
When setting up your carrier account, you’ll create a username and password and may also need to enable additional security features—such as two-factor authentication (2FA) or security questions and answers—depending on your carrier’s requirements.
Having this account in place ensures HealthLock can securely connect to your insurance provider and retrieve your claims information.
