What if I select the wrong carrier when I set up my account?

If you select the wrong insurance carrier when setting up your account, that's OK. Simply add the correct carrier and credentials as follows:

  1. Sign in to your member portal.

  2. Go to Account and select the INSURANCE tab.

  3. Select + ADD INSURANCE from the upper right corner. 

  4. Search for the correct Insurance name, enter your insurance portal credentials, and synch. 

  5. Then, contact HealthLock Support at support@healthLock.com and we will remove the incorrect carrier.
