If you select the wrong insurance carrier when setting up your account, that's OK. Simply add the correct carrier and credentials as follows:
- Sign in to your member portal.
- Go to Settings to expand options, then select Insurance.
- Select + Add Insurance from the upper right corner.
- Search for the correct Insurance name, enter your insurance portal credentials, and synch.
- Then, contact HealthLock Support at support@healthLock.com and we will remove the incorrect carrier.
