Can I add an "old" or previous insurance carrier?

Yes, you can add multiple insurance carriers however, "old" plans will not allow access at some point after termination.  

  

To add an "old" or previous carrier:

  1. Log in to your member portal, and select Account.

  2. Select the INSURANCE tab then select the + ADD INSURANCE button.

  3. Using the Search feature, enter the name of the insurance carrier.

  4. Enter the username and password (credentials) for your insurance carrier, then select SYNC.  
     

NOTE: It can take 1-3 days for claims to download/sync with your HealthLock member portal.
