How to add an additional insurance carrier.

There will be situations where you want to add a new insurance carrier after you have already synched with a previous insurance carrier's portal for your claims. For example, your previous insurance terminated, you have more than one active insurance, dental policies, etc.

To add an additional insurance carrier:

  1. Sign in to your member portal at member.healthlock.com.

  2. Go to Account and select the INSURANCE tab.

  3. Select + ADD INSURANCE from the upper right corner. 

  4. Search for Insurance name, enter your insurance portal credentials, and synch.

Remember, it can take up to 1-3 days for claims to download.
