There will be situations where you want to add a new insurance carrier after you have already synched with a previous insurance carrier's portal for your claims. For example, your previous insurance terminated, you have more than one active insurance, dental policies, etc.
To add an additional insurance carrier:
- Sign in to your member portal at member.healthlock.com.
- Go to Settings to expand options, then select Insurance.
- Select + Add Insurance button.
- Search for Insurance name, enter your insurance portal credentials, and synch.
Remember, it can take up to 1-3 days for claims to download.
