There may be times when you need to add a new insurance carrier to your HealthLock account—for example, if your previous insurance has ended, you have multiple active policies (such as medical and dental), or you’ve recently switched carriers.
To add Anthem as an additional insurance carrier:
Sign in to your member portal at member.healthlock.com.
Go to Settings in the left navigation and select Insurance.
Click the Add Insurance button.
On the Let's connect your insurance prompt, select Get started.
When the Select your insurance prompt displays, enter Anthem in the search box.
Select your Anthem insurance carrier from the options displayed.
In the Sign in to your insurance prompt, enter your Anthem Username and Password (and any other Anthem specific questions).
- Select the checkboxes for Terms of Use and Acknowledgement to import claims.
- Click Connect your insurance.
- Once the All set for now! message appears, select Done and your claims will begin downloading. Please allow 1–3 days for all claims to appear in your HealthLock account.
