Managing your medical bills and claims can be overwhelming—but HealthLock makes it easy. If you’d like professional support reviewing your claims for errors, overcharges, or potential fraud, you can select our claim and bill auditing services directly from your HealthLock Dashboard.
To sign up for medical claims and bills auditing services:
1. Sign in to your HealthLock Member Portal.
2. In the Dashboard view in the left navigation panel, select the View details -> link in the Membership section to view specific features of your membership.
3. You can also use the "Unlock extra features" button to display the Membership view where you can again can select View Details -> or Upgrade membership to display other plan features and benefits.
