Upgrading your HealthLock plan unlocks powerful tools like medical claim auditing, price checks, deductible tracking, bill negotiation, and even medical fraud coverage. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and get peace of mind knowing your healthcare is fully protected.
To upgrade your plan:
1. Sign in to your member portal at member.healthlock.com.
2. In the left navigation panel, locate the Membership display, then click View details -->. You can also select Settings -->Account.

3. In the Membership section, choose Change Plan to view available options.
4. Review the plan details and click Select Plan under the membership you’d like to upgrade to.
5. Confirm your selection and follow the prompts for payment and terms to complete the upgrade.
NOTE: Your new membership plan will take effect immediately, and you’ll have access to all features included in your selected plan.
