If you have questions or concerns about a specific claim that is being reviewed, there are two easy ways to communicate directly with your auditor:
Option 1: Message Your Auditor Through the Member Portal
If your auditor has sent you a message or update about a claim with an open Case:
Sign in to your HealthLock Member Portal.
From the left menu, select Cases.
Locate and select the Case related to your claim.
In the Messages text box, add your comments or questions.
Click Send — your message will go directly to your assigned auditor for review.
Option 2: Email HealthLock Support
If you prefer, you can email us at support@healthlock.com.
Your message will be routed to your assigned auditor for follow-up.
