Your account is setup to send both Email and text messages (SMS) via your phone.
To STOP or "turn off" text messages:
- Sign in to your account at member.healthlock.com.
- From the left navigation panel, select Settings, then select Account.
- Scroll to the Alerts section.
- Uncheck the SMS Opt-in to SMS alerts checkbox. This will only turn off Text messages. Any future messages will be sent to your Email.
- Another way to stop text messages, is just reply STOP to any text message you receive.
NOTE: To stay informed, you must be opted in to either Email or SMS notifications. At least one option must remain active at all times.
