How to STOP or "Opt-out" of Text and Email messages.

Your account is setup to send both Email and text messages (SMS) via your phone. 

To STOP or "turn off" text messages:


  1. Sign in to your account at member.healthlock.com.

  2. From the left navigation panel, select Settings, then select Account.

  3. Scroll to the Alerts section.

  4. Uncheck the SMS Opt-in to SMS alerts checkbox. This will only turn off Text messages. Any future messages will be sent to your Email.

  5. Another way to stop text messages, is just reply STOP to any text message you receive.

NOTE: To stay informed, you must be opted into either Email or SMS notifications. At least one option must remain active at all times.
