By default, two-factor authentication (2FA) is turned off. If you have turned on 2FA for your Kaiser Permanente account, you will need to turn it off to connect with us.
Step 1: Go to kaiserpermanente.org and click 'Sign In' in the top navigation. On the next screen, sign in to your Kaiser Permanente online account.
Step 2: From the top navigation, click 'My Account', then 'Profile & Preferences'.
Step 3: Click 'Account & Security'.
Step 4: Scroll down to '2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION' and confirm it is off. If it is on, click the '2-factor authentication preferences' link.
