To turn off two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Kaiser Permanente online account, follow these steps:

Sign In: Go to the official kaiserpermanente.org website and sign in to your account using your User ID and password.
Navigate to Profile: From the top navigation menu, hover over or click My Account, then select Profile & Preferences.
Access Account & Security: On the Profile & Preferences page, click on the Account & Security section.
Manage 2FA Settings: Scroll down to the 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION section. By default, 2FA may be turned off, but if it is on, you will see an option to manage its preferences.
Disable 2FA: Click the "2-factor authentication preferences" link or a similar option to access the management screen and follow the prompts to disable the feature.
