To upload a Bill or Invoice directly to an open Case:
Step 1: Log on to the Healthlock Member portal member.healthlock.com.
Step 2: In the left navigation panel, select Cases.
Step 3: In the Cases view, select the Case associated with the document you are uploading.
Step 4: In the Case details view, select + UPLOAD.
Step 5: When the Upload Documents box is displayed, select Choose A file to upload, then select a Category from the following options: Insurance Card, Invoice, Receipt and Other.
Step 6: It is helpful to enter an optional Description of what you are uploading, then select UPLOAD.
In the Documents view, you will see the document uploaded and any other documents related to your Case.
