To connect your insurance account with HealthLock, you’ll need the username and password for your health insurance company’s online member portal. Each insurer’s website is a little different, but here are some general steps to help you recover or find your login information:

Step 1: Open a new browser tab and visit your insurance company’s website.

Step 2: Look for a “Sign In” or “Log In” button—usually located at the top right corner of the homepage.

Step 3: If you don’t remember your username or password, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by your insurance company to reset or recover your credentials.
