This article provides step-by-step instructions for UnitedHealthcare (UHC) members to recover or reset their UnitedHealthcare online account username and password if they forget or misplace them. 

Steps to Recover a Forgotten Username
 

1.  Go to the UnitedHealthcare Website

1. Visit www.myuhc.com.
   
   

2.  Click “Member sign in”

1. On the homepage, select “Member sign in”.
   
   

3.  Select “Forgot Username”

1. Click the “Forgot Username” link below the "Register now" button.
   
   
   

4.  Enter Required Information

1. Provide the following details to verify your identity:
   • First Name 
   • Last Name
   • Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
   • Email Address

5.  Follow Verification Steps

1. Complete identity verification by answering security questions or entering a code sent to your email or mobile phone.
   
   

6.  Retrieve Username
