During the claim or bill investigation process, you will receive messages from your assigned auditor. These emails will always come from one of the following addresses:

To make sure you don’t miss important updates, it’s a good idea to prevent these messages from being sent to your Junk or Spam folder. Because each email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) has its own process, please check your provider’s help instructions for marking senders as safe.

Most email platforms offer options such as:

  • “Never Block Sender”

  • “Never Block Sender’s Domain”

  • Marking the email as “Not Spam”

  • Adding the sender to your Safe Senders List

In many clients, you can also right-click the email, select Block, and then choose “Never Block Sender.”

Taking these steps ensures you receive all auditor communications promptly.
