How to prevent auditor emails from going into Junk/Spam folder.

You will receive messages/emails from your auditor during the claim/bill investigation process from one of the following email addresses:  

  • HealthLock - noreply@comms.healthlock.com
  • inAssist and EmployeeCare - noreply@comms.inassist.com

To prevent emails from your auditor from going into your email Junk/Spam folders, check with your Email Provider (i.e. Outlook, Gmail, etc.) for their specific instructions. While Email Providers have different instructions for marking and/or designating emails as "Safe", most have the option to select "Never Block Sender" or "Never Block Sender's Domain." You can also right click on the email, scroll to Block, then select the option "Never block sender."
