How to view or add dependents.

Your dependents will be added automatically if claims are downloaded from your insurance carrier for those individuals.  

To view or add dependents:

1. Log in to your member portal at member.healthlock.com.
   
   
2. In the left navigation panel, select Settings to expand options, then select Members.
    
3. View dependents currently added. 
   
   
4. If you don't see the dependent you are looking for, click on the Add Dependent button.
   
   
5. Add dependent information, then select Add.
