Your signed HIPAA Authorization Form allows our auditors to access the information necessary to conduct these reviews securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
If, for any reason, you prefer that a claim not be investigated, simply avoid using the “Lower My Bill” feature—this is what initiates a claim review or investigation.
