Yes. Once your insurance carrier is connected, HealthLock automatically and continuously syncs with your insurance portal to monitor new medical claims from your ongoing doctor visits.
Whenever a provider submits a new claim to your insurance company, HealthLock detects it and sends you a “New Claim” notification. Each claim is then analyzed through our proprietary technology:
Verified — the claim appears accurate and is okay to pay.
Flagged — the claim may require a closer look due to potential errors, overbilling, or denial indicators.
These updates appear in real time in your HealthLock Member Portal in the Claims view of your Dashboard.
Please ensure your insurance carrier credentials remain up to date in your HealthLock Member Portal so monitoring can continue without interruption.
