Here’s how we protect you:

1. Provider Breach Monitoring

We continuously monitor your healthcare providers for known data breaches. If a breach is detected, we notify you right away so you can stay alert and take action if needed.

2. Fraud Investigation

If you receive a bill that doesn’t match your insurance claim or anything looks suspicious, click “Report potential fraud” on the claim.
HealthLock will:

  • Investigate the issue

  • Work with your provider or insurance carrier

  • Help correct inaccurate or fraudulent records

3. Identity Theft Protection for Medical Services

If you see a doctor or provider in your dashboard that you do not recognize, simply click “I don’t recognize this provider” and we will:

  • Open a Case on your behalf

  • Investigate possible medical identity theft

  • Help prevent additional fraudulent activity
