Yes, you can add multiple insurance carriers to your HealthLock account. However, please be aware that older or terminated plans may eventually stop allowing login access through the insurer’s portal. If access is still available, you can add the previous carrier following these steps.
To add an old or previous insurance carrier:
Log in to your HealthLock member portal.
In the left navigation panel, select Settings to expand the menu, then choose Insurance.
Click the Add Insurance button, then select Get started.
Use the search bar to find your previous insurance carrier.
Enter the username and password for that carrier’s portal, then select Connect your insurance. If your password has expired, you may need to reset it. If you cannot remember your username or password, follow the on-screen prompts to recover or reset your login credentials.
NOTE: It may take 1–3 days for past claims to finish syncing and appear in your HealthLock member portal.
