What does a "Verified" claim mean?

In the Claims view of your HealthLock Member Portal, any claim or bill marked as "Verified" has been carefully reviewed through a combination of advanced analytics and trained auditor expertise. This ensures that the claim details and your insurance plan information are accurate and that no errors, overcharges, or discrepancies were found.


A “Verified” claim status means your claim has been reviewed and cleared, and it’s okay to pay the amount listed.
