HealthLock’s Medical Claim Price Check uses advanced analytics-driven technology to automatically review your incoming insurance claims for potential issues, such as errors, fraud, or overbilling.
If a claim appears accurate, it will be labeled “Verified.” If something seems incorrect or unusual, the claim will be labeled "Flagged" and we’ll notify you so you can take action.
From there, you have two options:
Resolve the issue yourself by contacting your insurance company or provider, or
Request our assistance by selecting “LOWER MY BILL” so our team can investigate and negotiate the claim on your behalf.
