When your selected insurance fails to connect due to updates or changes in the insurance portal, you can utilize the "Connect my Insurance Later" feature and then navigate to either Plan Selection or the Dashboard (if Mastercard).
1. From the Prepare to connect to Your insurance company screen, select the Change Insurance company dropdown.
2. Scroll to top of Dropdown List and select “Connect my Insurance later.”
This will bypass the Insurance Connection and navigate to either the Plan Selection or to the Dashboard (if a Mastercard Trial).
3. Once complete, use the UPLOAD a Bill feature for auditors to investigate a claim or bill.
