To find your Kaiser Permanente User ID and Password:
- Go to kaiserpermanente.org and click Sign In in the top navigation.
- On the next screen, enter your User ID and Password, then select Sign in.
TIP: Check the Save User ID (optional) checkbox if you would like the system to store and present your User ID each time you log in.
- If you forgot your user ID or password, select Forgot your User ID or password? link and follow the prompts.
- For additional information, select the Help with sign in link, then select Passwords or Sign In tabs for Kaiser Permanente help information.
