Purpose
This article provides step-by-step instructions for Cigna members to create a secure Cigna online account. With an online account, Cigna members can access plan information, view claims, manage benefits, and find in-network providers.
Steps to Create an Online Account
1. Go to my.cigna.com and click 'Log in to myCigna'.

2. In the Customer Login display, select the Register button below the text 'Haven’t created an account yet?'

3. You will need your Social Security Number or your Cigna ID number (found on the front of your ID card).

4. Click the Start Registration button and follow the instructions and prompts.

5. For Help with registration or login, contact Cigna at 1 (800) 853-2713 (TTY/TDD dial 711).
