How to change your Anthem security settings from two-factor authentication to security questions.

To change your Anthem security settings from two-factor authentication to security questions:

Step 1: Go to anthem.com/account-login, select your account type and click 'Log In'. On the next page, log in to your Anthem online account.

Step 2: From the top navigation, click 'Profile'.

Step 3: Under 'Login & Security', click 'Account Recovery', then 'Security Questions'.

Step 4: Update your security questions and answers as needed, then click 'Update'.  
 

Step 5: Make note of your exact questions and answers as you will need them to connect to us.
