To create an online account with Anthem:
- Go to anthem.com/account-login.
- Select your account type and click the 'Register now' link. Provide your information, including the Member ID from your health insurance card. Then follow the online instructions.
Important: If prompted during the Anthem registration, select 'Security Questions' as your preferred Account Recovery method. Remember your questions and answers as you will need these to follow the online steps.
