How to setup your Anthem portal using Account Management and Creation.

To set up your Anthem portal account and manage the Security Questions and Answers, follow these steps:
  

1. Log In to your Anthem portal at anthem.com/account-login/.
     
2. Go to Profile then scroll down to the Login & Security section.
   
   
3. Select the Account Recovery module. Here you can create your personal setup of Security Questions and Answers.
   
   
4. Log In to your HealthLock member portal and select Settings to expand options, then select Insurance.
   
   
5. Choose Anthem from insurance options, then connect with the new credentials. 
   
   NOTE: Everything must match exactly. Username, Password, and all Security Questions and Answers must be exact including upper/lowercase, spaces, etc.
