How to setup your Anthem portal using Account Management and Creation.

To setup your Anthem portal account and manage the security Questions and Answers, follow these steps:
  

1. Log In to your Anthem portal at anthem.com/account-login/.
     
2. Go to PROFILE > Login & Security > Account Recovery. Here you can create your personal setup of Questions and Answers.
   
   
3. Log In to your HealthLock portal and choose Anthem, then connect with the new credentials. 
   
   NOTE: Everything must match exactly. Username, Password, and all Questions and Answers must be exact including upper/lowercase, spaces, etc.
