We continuously monitor trusted data sources for medical data breaches and alert you whenever your information may be at risk. In the Privacy Overview of your HealthLock dashboard, you will find a live, real-time feed of breach activity, and if one of your providers is affected, we’ll also notify you by email with details and recommended next steps.
If you receive a bill that doesn’t match the claim shown in your dashboard, simply click “Report potential fraud”. Our team will investigate the issue and work to correct any inaccuracies in your medical records on your behalf.
