What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the HealthLock login page and click on the "Did you forget your password?" link.

  2. Enter your username or the email associated with your HealthLock account, then click "SEND LINK."

  3. You’ll receive an email from HealthLock NoReply noreply@healthlock.com with instructions to reset your password.

  4. Follow the link in the email and enter a new password that hasn’t been used before.

  5. Once updated, log in to your HealthLock account using your new password.
