If you forget your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:
- Visit the HealthLock member portal and click on the Forgot password? link.
- Enter your username or the email associated with your HealthLock account, then click "Send link."
- You’ll receive an email from HealthLock NoReply noreply@healthlock.com with instructions to reset your password.
- Follow the link in the email and enter a new password that hasn’t been used before.
- Once updated, log in to your HealthLock member portal using your new password.
In the event you receive a message "email is not valid", this means the email address has already been used to create a HealthLock account. Log in to the HealthLock member portal, enter the email address, then select the Send link button. If your account exists, we'll send you a link to update your password using the steps above.
