How to reset your HealthLock password.

If You "Forget Your Password"

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the HealthLock Member Portal and click “Forgot password?”

  2. Enter your username or the email address associated with your HealthLock account, then click “Send link.”

  3. You’ll receive an email from HealthLock NoReply (noreply@healthlock.com) with instructions to reset your password.

  4. Follow the link in the email and create a new password that you haven’t used before.

  5. Once your password is updated, log in to your HealthLock Member Portal using your new credentials.

If You See “Email Is Not Valid”

If you receive a message stating “email is not valid,” it means that the email address has already been used to create a HealthLock account.

To fix this:

  1. Go to the HealthLock Member Portal.

  2. Enter your email address and select “Send link.”

  3. If your account exists, you’ll receive a password reset email with a link to update your password following the steps above.
