What to do if you can't find your insurance carrier listed in HealthLock?

While we try to support all insurance carriers, there are some exceptions.


If you can’t find your insurance carrier when using the Add Insurance and Search features, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Chat with support link.

  2. When the Chat window opens, select Chat with us.

  3. Provide the name of your insurance carrier’s and any additional details that may help our team assist you.

NOTE: The time it takes to add new insurance carriers can vary depending on the insurance carrier and system compatibility. As soon as your insurance carrier is added, we’ll send you an email notification so you can connect your account.
