How to view the status of Cases/claims.

To view the status of your cases/claims:

  1. Go to your member portal and enter your login username and password. 

    NOTE: If you do not remember your password, select Did you forget your password? and follow the prompts to reset.

  2. In the left navigation panel of the Dashboard, click on Cases to view the "Status" and details about each case/claim/bill, especially the claims/bills you selected to be audited.
