How often will I see new claims or bills?

The syncing with your insurance portal happens automatically and continuously to pull in new medical claims and types of services based on your insurance. When you have a new provider visit resulting in a new claim, our system will automatically send out a "new claim" message. All claims go through our proprietary analytics and some claims will appear as "Verified" and others may be "Flagged" on your member portal.

To view the status of all claims:

  1. Log in to your member portal.

  2. Select Claims in the left navigation panel.

  3. Select the Status column header to sort by ascending or descending. This functionality works for all column headers including Date of Service (DOS) and Patient name.

  4. You can also use the filter to view All claims, Verified claims, and Flagged claims, or use the Search box.
