For members who would like to DOWNGRADE or Change, follow these steps:
- Log in to your HealthLock member portal.
- Select Settings to expand options, then select Account.
- Scroll down to the Membership section, then select the Change plan button.
- When the "Update Your Subscription" page is displayed, select from a plan that is enabled (your CURRENT PLAN will be disabled). If you wish to DOWNGRADE, select from the lower level plan. If you wish to UPGRADE, select the next level plan up from your CURRENT PLAN).
- When the Billing details page is displayed, follow the prompts to complete the change.
If claims come in which are "Flagged" for potential overcharges, you can UPGRADE to have an auditor negotiate at any time.
