HealthLock partners with a third-party provider, TPA Stream, to securely connect with a wide range of insurance carriers. This connection allows us to retrieve and organize medical, dental, and vision claims directly from insurance providers. Through TPA Stream, HealthLock can automate claim monitoring and auditing for supported carriers, helping detect billing errors, flag denials, and identify potential savings opportunities.
If a carrier is supported through TPA Stream, members will be prompted to securely log in to their insurance portal during onboarding to establish a real-time connection. Once connected, HealthLock begins reviewing past and new claims—so members can stay protected with less hassle.
