What is the difference between HealthLock and Goodbill?

Modified on Fri, 17 May at 11:44 AM

Goodbill is primarily focused on employment groups, payers, etc. While they do offer a personal option, it is on a bill-by-bill basis (manual upload only) and strictly limited to hospital bills only, not specialized services like radiology, private practitioners, dental, vision or urgent care claims. Each time a member wants a bill reviewed for errors or pricing, a multi-step process is required for each individual bill and it is not simple.

HealthLock simplifies the entire process by:

  1. Connecting insurance(s) and bringing all claims in at once for monitoring.

  2. Automatically "Verifying" each claim giving you peace of mind the claim is okay to pay and reducing the repetitive process each time you want a bill reviewed.

  3. "Flagging" claims that may have errors, giving you the option for us to investigate them on your behalf.

HealthLock also covers every type of medical, Rx, dental or vision claim processed through your connected carriers, not just hospital bills. We work with 250+ major insurance carriers, and negotiate savings with collection agencies, providers,G pharmacies, and more to put money back in your pocket. We do MORE.
