However, a payment method is required to be on file for any optional bill negotiation services you may choose to use in the future. These services are completely optional, but having a payment method on file makes it faster and easier should you decide to have HealthLock work on your behalf to help reduce medical costs or recover overpayments.
Your card will not be charged unless you choose to use one of these optional services.
