Will I be notified via text if medical fraud is found?

Yes. For a medical fraud follow up, you would be communicated via text with a notice to look in your portal. In the portal would be details about the medical fraud or other types of information.
 

Also, your account is setup for both Email and text messages (SMS) via your phone. 

To STOP or "turn off" text messages:

  1. Log in to your HealthLock account.

  2. Select Account from the left navigation panel.

  3. In the Accounts tab, scroll to the Notifications settings, Account updates section.

  4. Uncheck the green SMS check box. 

NOTE: This will only turn off Text messages. Any future messages will still be sent via your Email.

Another way to stop text messages is to simply reply STOP to any text message you receive.
