Yes. For a medical fraud follow up, you would be communicated via text with a notice to look in your portal. In the portal would be details about the medical fraud or other types of information.
Also, your account is setup for both Email and SMS (text messages) via your phone. To STOP or "turn off" text messages:
- Log in to your HealthLock member portal.
- Select Settings to expand options, then select Account.
- Scroll to the Alerts section.
- Uncheck the green SMS check box.
NOTE: This will only turn off Text messages. Any future messages will still be sent via your Email.
Another way to stop text messages is to simply reply STOP to any text message you receive.
