Depending on your insurance, you can find your Subscriber ID # on the front of your medical insurance card. Your Subscriber ID is also known as your Member ID or Medical Record Number (MRN) and your Group number is also know as your Policy Holder ID (see BlueCross Blue Shield sample card below). Insurance cards may contain different information based on the insurance company and type of plan you choose.
