Understanding HealthLock’s Medical Claim Tracking Feature.

Medical Claim Tracking gives you a clear, organized view of all your medical claims in one convenient place.

All claims submitted by your doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers through your insurance are automatically displayed in your HealthLock member portal. 

1. Sign in to your HealthLock member portal.
2. In the left navigation panel, select Claims.
3. Use the Search field or Filter features to locate a specific medical claim or select the title headers to sort claims by type (example: Date of service, Patient, Provider, etc.).

The Claims view makes it easy to review, verify, and monitor your claims for accuracy—helping you stay informed and in control of your healthcare costs.
