Your BCBS of Illinois account needs to have 'Two-Step Verification' turned on. You will need to provide a code from BCBS to us during the connection process.
Step 1: Go to bcbsil.com and click the 'Sign Up or Log In' button.
Step 2: Enter your username and password and click 'Log in'.
Step 3: You should be asked to verify your account with a code. This means that two-step verification is on.
Step 4: You can now return to continue the connection process.
