How long will it take to set up my carrier if it is not on the list?

If after using the Search feature to + ADD INSURANCE and your insurance carrier is NOT found:

  1. Select the I can’t find my insurance provider? link.

  2. Review the message displayed: While we try to support all Insurance Providers, there are some exceptions. Please contact support@healthlock.com for more information.

  3. Select the support link to generate an email message which will be sent to a HealthLock support resource for resolution.

  4. Respond/reply to the email (text shown below) with your carrier information.

    It looks like you are unable to locate your insurance from within HealthLock. Please add your carrier here in order for support to better assist you. Also, feel free to add any other information here for our experts! 

    NOTE: The time it takes to set up insurance carriers currently not in our system varies. As soon as your insurance carrier is added, we will notify you.
